My practice includes traditional modalities like Swedish, prenatal, and lymphatic drainage massages, each tailored to bring relaxation, relieve tension, and improve circulation. Beyond the traditional, I incorporate lesser-known healing modalities such as Jin qi and Tuina into my practice. Jin qi focuses on balancing the body’s internal energy, promoting both emotional and physical well-being, while Tuina is an ancient Chinese massage technique that works with acupressure points to realign energy and restore balance. Together, these techniques help me offer a more integrative approach to healing, addressing the body and mind as one.

I have studied food and nutrition extensively and use this knowledge to provide holistic recommendations for my clients, combining the power of touch with the healing properties of nutrition. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and I enjoy developing recipes that prioritize health, balance, and natural ingredients.
